Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from RetroMatchday. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With original packaging, if applicable
- Not customized or personalized

Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, personalized shirts, name/number printed items, and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
